Article 50-2 (Prohibition on Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses, etc.)
1. No one shall collect email addresses using a program that automatically collects email addresses from an internet homepage, or by any other technical device, without prior consent from the internet homepage operator or administrator.
2. No one shall sell or distribute email addresses collected in violation of Paragraph 1.
3. No one shall use, for information transmission, email addresses whose collection, sale, and distribution are prohibited under Paragraphs 1 and 2, while knowing that such email addresses are prohibited.[Wholly Amended on Jun. 13, 2008]
